Learn More About Redhot Chilli Peppers

Redhot Chili Peppers

If you are into music, you probably have a few bands that you listen to no matter what they put out. For me, that band is the Redhot Chili Peppers. I have been listening to them since my teenage years, and I still do on occasion. That style of music is no longer what I would consider my favorite, but I most definitely still enjoy listening to them. Much like Pearl Jam, I guess the music reminds me of college, and certain songs bring back memories, both good and bad.

No matter what I am doing, I always stop if I hear a song by the Redhot Chili Peppers come on. This usually happens when my husband is watching television. I don’t really listen to the radio any longer, and my current choice of music is far removed from what I listen to now. If you had told me back then that bands like the Redhot Chili Peppers would be replaced in my CD player by a band called The Wiggles, I would have told you were nuts. Today, I realize that tastes change, sometimes drastically, but that doesn’t mean you will not enjoy what you used to love.

I’m not sure if the Redhot Chili Peppers have put out a new album lately, but I have been hearing their name more and more lately. My guess would be that they have, and perhaps they are even going to tour again. The Wiggles aside, the Redhot Chili Peppers are one of the only bands I have seen more than once. I saw them at a festival and again later in concert. Both times the shows were amazing. I will never forget the diverse crowd that seems to follow them. There were business folks, young people like me, bikers, and a few hippies. It was a memorable sight.

If you have an interest in seeing the Redhot Chili Peppers, all you have to do is look online to see if they are playing anywhere. If they are touring, chances are good that they will be coming to an arena near you. It’s hard to tell how you are going to feel once you are there, but if you are older like me, you might want to skip the floor seating. I’m not looking at a statement like that to mean I’m old, I’m just thinking that I’m sensible. No need for a busted ankle at my age, right?
